Our Story

our story

Every story has a beginning. This is ours…

How it all began

New Hope Mission Society was formed in 2002 after a mission trip to India.

Our mission statement is:

OUR CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY DESIRES TO BRING THE LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST TO THE MUSLIM WORLD

New Hope Mission Society is currently supporting the following missions:

  • Bishara Mission — India
Bishara Mission is both a physical compound and an internet site of Christian witness. Pamphlets, tracts, and booklets are available upon request. The information and courses are available in print and on the internet. Pastor K.K. is at the center of Bishara Mission and the Shaliach Bible School. He meets with individual Muslims. Since he knows both Koran and the Christian Bible, he is able to talk with Muslims, and has been able to bring many to Christ.
  • Shaliach Bible School
During the two-year course, students are taught how to share their faith. They are prepared to be Christian teachers, leaders, and witnesses when they complete their studies and return to their home communities.
  • Sewing Project
At the Bishara Mission, female students are taught tailoring. In this way, they will be able to support themselves after graduation. It is the goal to send a sewing machine with each graduate who completes the training.
  • Otten English School
This is a kindergarten-grade 12 school in India where all classes are taught in English. The student body consists of Muslims, Hindus, and Christians.
  • Pastor Titus
We support Christian ministry in the northeastern area of Nigeria through Pastor Titus. This area is right in the heart of terrorist attacks. Pastor Titus is fearless in his mission to spread the gospel and help those dealing with devastation and loss.
  • Frank Hutton
Frank Hutton’s ministry is to international college students in the Minneapolis and St. Paul college region. He shares Christ with the students through his friendship, social activities, and retreats. His love and friendship have opened many hearts to Christ for those far from home.
